Is my vehicle still covered under the manufacturer warranty?

    A) Obtain your Vehicle Identification Number either from inside the drivers door plate or your registration/insurance card, and the current mileage of vehicle and call our service advisors at 208-525-8950


Is my vehicle involved in a recall?

     A) Same info as warranty info above


What maintenance does my vehicle require?

     a) Either consult the maintenance section of your owners manual or give our service advisors a call with current mileage and they can assist you.



How long will Broadway Ford need to keep my vehicle for service/repair?

     A) Depending on the service/repairs being made, it is always good to plan on leaving your vehicle for the day it is scheduled. Our service Advisors will keep you posted on the status and be able to give you a time for which it should be completed.



Does Broadway Ford provide free loaner vehicles.

     A) Due to the increased costs associated with providing loaner cars, Broadway Ford no longer provides them, but has worked a deal with Enterprise Rent A Car to offer a discounted cost offered only to Broadway Ford Customers.



What is the Warranty for work performed by Broadway Ford?

     A) Broadway Ford warranties all mechanical repairs for 12months/12,000 miles from the repair date, whichever occurs first.



Does it void my warranty if I don’t get my vehicle serviced at somewhere other than a dealer?

     A) It is highly recommended having your vehicle serviced by a dealer. By using Factory Trained Technicians installing Original Equipment Parts on your vehicle, we can help protect your investment so as you will be able to achieve maximum time and mileage out of your  vehicle.
